about us

Blanka

the adventure maven

I'm Blanka and simply love the outdoors. I try to use every spare minute to ride trails, boulder or skitour - and find new adventures and challenges along this road. Above all, engaging in extensive gravel tours is my big passion. I recently ventured on a breathtaking bikepacking trip through the rugged landscapes of Kyrgyzstan, which inspired me to plan this even bigger journey to south america.

Completing my bachelor's in architecture in Innsbruck concludes my current life-chapter, opening wide the doors to a boundless adventure with limitless horizons ahead. I'm trying to live sustainable and am always keen to learn and grow, while advocating for women's empowerment along the way.

Luise

the cycling enthusiast

Bikes have always played a big part in my life – from family bike touring trips to competitive road and track cycling, and later, adventurous off-road bikepacking trips. The freedom that riding a bike offers is something I absolutely love.

I get excited about discovering epic camp spots, tackling challenging hike-a-bikes, and embracing those massive (perhaps slightly crazy) adventure rides while exploring new places. Waking up outdoors and experiencing the first rays of sunshine with a delicious coffee in my hand truly fills my heart.

I can be found dreaming about past adventures and planning more bikepacking trips than I can fit into a year.

After some big solo ventures in the past, I’m super excited to share this upcoming trip with my amazing friends and embark on an all female expedition!

Melanie

the all-rounder

Hey there, I'm Melanie, an adventurer at heart with endless love for the great outdoors. Cycling is my latest passion in a long line of mountain-related sports like climbing, hiking or skitouring. Another piece of my heart is reserved for the arts like acrobatics, yoga and playing piano.

My journey began with studying tourism, culminating in a master's degree earned amidst the stunning landscapes of Innsbruck. During my studies I was given the opportunity to embark on various trips around the world - one of them being an exchange semester abroad in Chile. Ever since, I am deeply captivated by the south american continent, especiallly by its nature and the colorful latino culture. I now speak spanish fluently, which is the most valuable skill I can add to our group (it's definitely not my cycling experience).

Despite diving into various adventures, I've yet to embark on an extensive bikepacking trip. Yes, I'm a bit scared, but for me the greatest thrill lies in embracing the unknown. I believe that the conventional 9-5 work week tends to confine our spirits, nudging me further towards seeking freedom and fulfillment through exploration.

Through these stories in this blog I want to show that breaking away from the ordinary paves the way for an extraordinary life - and everyone can pursue it! Sometimes, this road requires tough decisions, but only by listening to our heart and our passions, true happiness can be found.
